MCP tools reference

Each server lives at https://api.gpt.space/servers/<name>/mcp and asks for the Google scopes listed under its heading. Your assistant picks the tools itself; the names below help you understand what it did and what you can ask for.

https://api.gpt.space/servers/gmail/mcp. Scopes: Gmail modify, Gmail send.

Tool	What it does
search_messages	Searches messages with a Gmail query.
search_threads	Searches conversation threads with a Gmail query.
get_snippet	Returns a short preview of a message or of every message in a thread.
get_message_content	Returns the subject, sender and plain-text body of one message.
get_message_content_batch	Returns the content of up to 10 messages in one call.
get_thread_content	Returns a whole thread with all its messages.
send_message	Sends a new email or a reply.
create_draft_message	Creates a draft, new or as a reply.
gmail_update_draft	Updates an existing draft in place.
gmail_delete_draft	Permanently deletes a draft.
list_labels	Lists the labels of the account.
manage_label	Creates, updates or deletes a label.
batch_modify_message_labels	Adds or removes labels on many messages at once.

A resource template attachment downloads the content of an email attachment.

Tool	What it does
search_docs	Finds documents by name.
create_doc	Creates a document, optionally with initial content.
docs_copy_doc	Makes a native copy of a document (tabs, styles and chips kept).
convert_docx_doc	Converts a DOCX file into an editable Google Doc.
get_doc	Returns the full structure of a document.
get_doc_content	Returns a document (or a stored DOCX) as Markdown.
inspect_doc_structure	Returns the structure needed to edit, with character indexes.

Edit text

Tool	What it does
edit_doc_content	Edits content after publishing the latest revision.
docs_insert_text	Inserts plain text at a position.
docs_insert_markdown	Writes formatted content (headings, lists, tables, images) from Markdown.
docs_replace_all_text	Replaces every occurrence of a text.

Suggestions and comments

list_task_lists, get_task_list	List or read task lists.
create_task_list, update_task_list, delete_task_list	Manage task lists (deleting a list deletes its tasks).
list_tasks	Lists open tasks of a list (@default for the default list), or completed ones too.
get_task	Returns one task.
create_task, update_task, delete_task	Manage tasks.
move_task	Moves a task within a list, under a parent, or to another list.
clear_completed_tasks	Hides all completed tasks of a list.

Server	Tool	What it does
slides	generate_presentation	Returns the deck URL at once and fills the slides in the background, for hosts that time out on long calls.
slides-generator	generate_presentation	Shows the template library so you pick a design before generating.

Both use the same generator as Google Slides, including the 10-slide limit per call on the free plan.
