Authorization is required to perform that action

If you see “Authorization is required to perform that action,” reset your Google connection.

1. Open Google Account connections.

   

2. Disconnect GPT Workspace and Mail Agent apps.

   

3. Return to GPT Workspace and sign in again.

Accept all requested permissions during sign-in. This refreshes the connection and should resolve the error.
