Is there a free plan or a trial?
Section titled “Is there a free plan or a trial?”Yes, every account starts on the Free plan with a monthly allowance of credits, no card required. Use it to test the chat, the add-on and the formulas before paying. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and can be cancelled at any time; see Cancel and refunds for the 30-day refund conditions.
Which plan do I need?
Section titled “Which plan do I need?”Compare the plans on the pricing page: Starter for light use, Standard and Pro for unlimited chat, more formula credits, advanced models and teams. See Pricing and plans and What is a credit?.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits, schools or students?
Section titled “Do you offer discounts for nonprofits, schools or students?”There is no automatic discount in the app. Nonprofits, schools and students can write to contact@gpt.space with the organisation’s name and website; we answer within 2 business days. Yearly plans are the cheapest option for everyone: the yearly tab of the pricing page shows the price of 9 months for 12.
Which AI models are used? Can I pick one?
Section titled “Which AI models are used? Can I pick one?”GPT Workspace routes each request to models from several providers; the AI models page lists the standard and advanced models in use and which plans can use the advanced ones. The models evolve over time: we do not guarantee that a given model name stays available, and a request can fall back to an equivalent model when a provider is down. If your workflow depends on one exact model, ask us before subscribing.
Does it work with Excel, Word or PowerPoint files?
Section titled “Does it work with Excel, Word or PowerPoint files?”GPT Workspace works inside Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Gmail, Drive and Calendar. The chat can read PDF, Word and PowerPoint files attached to a message (see Chat overview) and can create Google files from them, but it edits Google Sheets, Docs and Slides, not Office files in place. An Excel file in Drive must be converted first (right-click in Drive ➤ Open with Google Sheets, which saves a Google Sheets copy).
Can I get invoices with my company name and VAT number?
Section titled “Can I get invoices with my company name and VAT number?”Yes. Every payment produces an invoice that is emailed to the billing address and available in the billing portal. Add the company name, address and VAT number in the portal once; they appear on all future invoices. See Downloading invoices.
Where is my data processed? Is there a DPA?
Section titled “Where is my data processed? Is there a DPA?”Your documents and emails are processed in real time and never stored by GPT Workspace or used to train models. The security page and the privacy policy describe the providers, the certifications (SOC 2, CASA Tier 3, GDPR) and the retention rules. Can my team share one subscription? Do you have an enterprise plan?

Do you have an enterprise plan?”Standard and Pro plans include a team feature: buy seats and add your colleagues by email, everything is billed to one account. See Team subscription. For more than 100 seats, centralized billing by invoice or a pilot for a department, write to contact@gpt.space.
Is it the same thing as ChatGPT?
Section titled “Is it the same thing as ChatGPT?”No. GPT Workspace is an independent product that brings AI into Google Workspace; it is not affiliated with OpenAI and a ChatGPT Plus subscription does not include it. See Is GPT Workspace part of ChatGPT Plus or Enterprise?.
