MCP 服务器概览

模型上下文协议（MCP）让 AI 助手能够调用外部工具。GPT Workspace 为每个 Google 应用托管一个 MCP 服务器，因此 Claude、ChatGPT、Cursor、Claude Code 或您自己的代理可以读取和编辑您的 Google 文件、邮件、日历和任务。

这些服务器由 GPT Workspace 托管：无需安装或部署任何东西。您只需将服务器 URL 添加到客户端中，在客户端提示时使用 Google 登录，工具就会出现在助手中。

工作原理

传输方式： 可流式 HTTP。任何支持远程 MCP 服务器的客户端均可使用。
登录方式： 使用您的 Google 账户进行 OAuth 2.0 授权。每个服务器仅请求其所需的权限范围，例如 Gmail 请求读取、修改和发送邮件的权限；Docs 请求 Documents 和 Drive 的权限。客户端在您首次使用某个服务器时会打开 Google 授权页面，服务器会保存刷新令牌，因此不会再次向您请求授权。
账户： 您登录时使用的 Google 账户即为计费的 GPT Workspace 账户。可在 gpt.space/app 免费开始使用；使用限额取决于您的套餐，参见什么是 credit？。
隐私： 服务器代表您调用 Google 的 API，并将结果返回给您的客户端。您的文件始终保存在 Google 中；参见数据与隐私。

限制

API 对每个账户在所有服务器上接受每 30 秒最多 500 个请求。
generate_presentation 在免费套餐下每次调用最多创建 10 张幻灯片；付费套餐没有固定上限。
Gmail 的 get_message_content_batch 每次调用最多读取 10 封邮件。
Google 自身的 API 配额同样适用，例如 Slides 缩略图限制为每分钟 60 次读取。

额度用完后会怎样

通过服务器读取、搜索和编辑您的文件是免费的。使用 AI 生成内容的工具（如 generate_presentation）会消耗您 GPT Workspace 账户的额度：先是免费套餐的初始额度，然后是您套餐的月度额度或充值额度。当额度用完后，使用您已连接的 Google 账户打开 gpt.space/app/pricing，选择一个套餐或一次性充值；无需重新连接任何内容。关于使用量的计算方式，参见什么是 credit？。

撤销访问权限

在客户端中移除连接器，然后如果您希望 Google 也忘记该授权，可在您的 Google 账户连接中撤销 GPT Workspace 的访问权限。
