Barra AI di Sheets

Con l’estensione Chrome, ogni foglio Google riceve una barra AI sopra le schede del foglio. Funziona sull’intervallo selezionato e modifica il foglio sul posto tramite lo stesso agente Sheets della chat.

1. Seleziona le celle su cui vuoi lavorare (oppure niente, per lavorare sull’intero foglio).
2. Digita una richiesta (“Edit this sheet with GPT Workspace…”, “Add a column that calculates…”, “Highlight the rows where…”) e premi Invio, oppure fai clic su un chip.
3. La barra mostra “Thinking…”, “Reading the sheet…”, “Applying changes…”, poi Changes applied.

Chip: Clean data, Add totals, Explain selection, e sotto More: Generate formula, Find duplicates, Add chart, Translate selection to English. Tools elenca ogni prompt e Translate to… con nove lingue.

Esempi: “Split the full name column into first and last name”, “Add a chart of revenue by month”, “Convert the dates to ISO format”, “Make the header row bold with a grey background”.

Il menu ⋮ offre Collapse bottom bar, Switch to side panel e Turn off bottom bar. Riattivala con Show AI bar in Google Sheets nelle Impostazioni. La barra si nasconde quando il foglio è in sola lettura e quando la barra Gemini di Google è visibile a schermo.

• Open a Google Spreadsheet to use the bottom bar: la barra funziona solo nell’editor del foglio di calcolo.
• This spreadsheet is open as X, but GPT Workspace is signed in as Y: aprilo con lo stesso account Google oppure condividilo con l’account GPT Workspace.
• Allow GPT Workspace to edit your Google Sheets in the tab that just opened: accetta l’autorizzazione, poi ripeti la richiesta.
• Upgrade your plan in GPT Workspace to keep editing sheets with AI: hai esaurito i crediti.
