Sheets AI बार

Chrome एक्सटेंशन के साथ, हर Google Sheet को शीट टैब के ऊपर एक AI बार मिलता है। यह आपके चुने हुए रेंज पर काम करता है और चैट की तरह ही उसी Sheets एजेंट के ज़रिए शीट में उसी जगह बदलाव करता है।

1. उन सेल को चुनें जिन पर आप काम करना चाहते हैं (या कुछ नहीं, पूरी शीट पर काम करने के लिए)।
2. एक अनुरोध टाइप करें (“Edit this sheet with GPT Workspace…”, “Add a column that calculates…”, “Highlight the rows where…”) और Enter दबाएं, या किसी चिप पर क्लिक करें।
3. बार में “Thinking…”, “Reading the sheet…”, “Applying changes…” दिखता है, फिर Changes applied।

चिप्स: Clean data, Add totals, Explain selection, और More के अंतर्गत: Generate formula, Find duplicates, Add chart, Translate selection to English। Tools में हर प्रॉम्प्ट सूचीबद्ध है और Translate to… नौ भाषाओं के साथ।

उदाहरण: “Split the full name column into first and last name”, “Add a chart of revenue by month”, “Convert the dates to ISO format”, “Make the header row bold with a grey background”।

⋮ मेन्यू में Collapse bottom bar, Switch to side panel और Turn off bottom bar हैं। इसे वापस चालू करने के लिए Settings में Show AI bar in Google Sheets का उपयोग करें। जब शीट केवल-पढ़ने योग्य हो या Google का Gemini बार स्क्रीन पर हो, तब बार छिप जाता है।

• Open a Google Spreadsheet to use the bottom bar: बार केवल स्प्रेडशीट एडिटर में काम करता है।
• This spreadsheet is open as X, but GPT Workspace is signed in as Y: इसे उसी Google खाते से खोलें, या GPT Workspace खाते के साथ शेयर करें।
• Allow GPT Workspace to edit your Google Sheets in the tab that just opened: अनुमति स्वीकार करें, फिर अनुरोध दोहराएं।
• Upgrade your plan in GPT Workspace to keep editing sheets with AI: आपके क्रेडिट खत्म हो गए हैं।
