פס ה-AI ב-Sheets

עם התוסף ל-Chrome, כל גיליון Google Sheets מקבל פס AI מעל לשוניות הגיליון. הוא פועל על הטווח שבחרת ועורך את הגיליון במקום דרך אותו סוכן Sheets כמו בצ’אט.

1. בחרו את התאים שברצונכם לעבוד עליהם (או כלום, כדי לעבוד על הגיליון כולו).
2. הקלידו בקשה (“Edit this sheet with GPT Workspace…”, “Add a column that calculates…”, “Highlight the rows where…”) ולחצו Enter, או לחצו על שבב.
3. הפס מציג “Thinking…”, “Reading the sheet…”, “Applying changes…”, ואז Changes applied.

שבבים: Clean data, Add totals, Explain selection, ותחת More: Generate formula, Find duplicates, Add chart, Translate selection to English. Tools מציג רשימה של כל הפקודות ו-Translate to… עם תשע שפות.

דוגמאות: “Split the full name column into first and last name”, “Add a chart of revenue by month”, “Convert the dates to ISO format”, “Make the header row bold with a grey background”.

התפריט ⋮ מכיל את Collapse bottom bar, Switch to side panel ו-Turn off bottom bar. מפעילים בחזרה עם Show AI bar in Google Sheets ב-הגדרות. הפס מוסתר בזמן שהגיליון לקריאה בלבד ובזמן שפס ה-Gemini של Google מוצג על המסך.

• Open a Google Spreadsheet to use the bottom bar: הפס פועל רק בעורך הגיליונות.
• This spreadsheet is open as X, but GPT Workspace is signed in as Y: פתחו אותו עם אותו חשבון Google, או שתפו אותו עם חשבון GPT Workspace.
• Allow GPT Workspace to edit your Google Sheets in the tab that just opened: אשרו את ההרשאה, ואז חזרו על הבקשה.
